LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Last updated: August 1, 2026

 Dive Products is a brand operated by Stealth Dive Systems FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This Limited Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for eligible   Dive Products

1. One-Year Limited Warranty

 Dive Products warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

This is a limited commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects only. It does not guarantee that a product will last for a particular period under all conditions or remain free from ordinary wear and tear.

2. Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of a genuine HALO product purchased:

  • Directly from www.divehalo.com;

  • From  Dive Products; or

  • From an authorized  Dive Products retailer or distributor.

Proof of purchase showing the purchase or delivery date may be required.

This warranty is not transferable to another person unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that existed when the product was supplied or that become apparent during normal and intended use within the one-year warranty period.

Examples of potentially covered manufacturing defects may include:

  • Material separation caused by defective manufacturing;

  • Stitching, bonding, moulding, or assembly failures;

  • Defective buckles, straps, clips, zippers, valves, or fastening components;

  • Cracking or breakage caused by defective materials;

  • Missing or incorrectly installed components;

  • A product that materially fails to perform as designed because of a manufacturing defect.

The existence of a manufacturing defect will be determined after the product and supporting information have been inspected.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Scratches, scuffs, fading, discolouration, staining, or other cosmetic changes;

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, abrasion, dragging, crushing, or punctures;

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or use outside the product’s intended purpose;

  • Damage caused by improper sizing, fitting, adjustment, assembly, or installation;

  • Damage caused by failing to follow product instructions, warnings, care directions, or maintenance requirements;

  • Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, drying, transportation, or handling;

  • Damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, chemicals, fuels, oils, solvents, chlorine, sunscreen, or contaminated water;

  • Mould, mildew, odours, corrosion, or deterioration caused by inadequate rinsing, drying, or storage;

  • Cuts or damage caused by sharp objects, animals, marine life, boats, docks, rocks, coral, or other external hazards;

  • Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, modifications, repairs, or replacement parts;

  • Loss or theft of a product;

  • Damage occurring during shipping when the product was not shipped by   Dive Products

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, liquidation sources, counterfeit sellers, or private resale;

  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers, product labels, barcodes, or identifying marks;

  • Products used commercially, for rental, or in instructional operations unless commercial coverage was confirmed in writing;

  • Damage resulting from continued use after a defect or safety problem became apparent;

  • Incidental or consequential losses, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

A product wearing out through regular use is not considered defective solely because it requires repair or replacement during or after the warranty period.

5. Product-Specific Wear

The following are generally considered normal wear rather than manufacturing defects:

  • Scratching or fogging of mask lenses caused by use, storage, or cleaning;

  • Stretching, tearing, or deterioration of straps caused by wear or improper adjustment;

  • Wear to fin blades, foot pockets, heel straps, buckles, or edges caused by walking, abrasion, or impact;

  • Wear to boot soles, zippers, seams, or upper materials caused by regular use;

  • Damage to snorkel mouthpieces caused by biting, chewing, stretching, or improper storage;

  • Wear to bags caused by overloading, dragging, sharp equipment, or improper packing;

  • Colour fading caused by sunlight, chemicals, saltwater, chlorine, or normal ageing.

These examples do not prevent coverage where inspection confirms that a manufacturing defect caused the problem.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact  Dive Products through the contact form at www.divehalo.com or email: support@divehalo.com

Include:

  • Your full name;

  • Your order number or proof of purchase;

  • The product name, model, colour, and size;

  • The approximate date the problem was first noticed;

  • A detailed description of the suspected defect;

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the entire product and the affected area;

  • A photograph of the product label, barcode, SKU, or other identifying information; and

  • Any other information reasonably requested to assess the claim.

Do not ship a product to  Dive Products until you receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

Products sent without authorization or sent to an incorrect address may be refused or returned to the sender.

7. Stop Using Potentially Defective Products

Stop using the product immediately if you believe it may be damaged, defective, or unsafe.

Do not continue using a product that shows cracking, tearing, separation, broken components, impaired visibility, fastening failure, or any other condition that could affect safe performance.

Continuing to use a visibly damaged product may worsen the damage and may affect warranty eligibility.

8. Inspection and Assessment

 Dive Products may require the product to be returned for physical inspection before approving a warranty claim.

We may assess:

  • The type and location of the damage;

  • The product’s age and condition;

  • Signs of use, wear, improper care, impact, alteration, or misuse;

  • Whether the product was used for its intended purpose;

  • Whether the claim falls within the warranty period; and

  • Whether the problem resulted from a manufacturing defect.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee that the claim will be approved.

9. Available Warranty Remedies

If  Dive Products confirms that a product has a covered manufacturing defect, we may provide one of the following remedies:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the defective component;

  • Replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable product;

  • Issue store credit; or

  • Refund all or part of the product’s original purchase price.

The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the nature of the defect, product availability, repair feasibility, applicable law, and the circumstances of the claim.

A replacement product may differ in colour, packaging, materials, design, or minor specifications when the original product is no longer available.

Nothing in this section limits a remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.

10. Warranty Shipping Costs

When a warranty claim is confirmed as valid,  Dive Products will provide instructions concerning reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

Do not purchase international shipping, courier services, customs processing, or other services expecting reimbursement unless  Dive Products has approved the expense in writing beforehand.

If inspection determines that the problem is not covered by this warranty, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Shipping the product to  Dive Products;

  • Return shipping;

  • Customs duties, taxes, brokerage, or handling charges; and

  • Any requested non-warranty repair costs.

11. Repaired and Replacement Products

A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Receiving a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit does not automatically begin a new one-year warranty period.

12. Unauthorized Sellers and Counterfeit Products

 Dive Products cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, storage history, or handling of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

This warranty does not cover counterfeit products or products represented as  Dive Products that were not manufactured or supplied through authorized channels.

Customers may be asked to provide seller information, receipts, packaging photographs, and product-identification information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty applies only to the eligible product.

 Dive Products and Stealth Dive Systems FZCO are not responsible under this commercial warranty for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of use, travel expenses, missed diving activities, equipment rental, lost income, or damage to other property.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. Where an exclusion or limitation is prohibited, it will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

14. Statutory Consumer Rights

This one-year limited commercial warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

It does not exclude, restrict, replace, or shorten any legal guarantee, product-conformity right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law gives the customer greater or longer protection than this Policy, the applicable legal protection will prevail.

15. Changes to This Policy

The warranty terms applying to a product will generally be the terms published when the product was purchased.

 Dive Products may update this Policy for future purchases to reflect changes to its products, operations, or legal obligations.
